Exactly as advertised and perfect for my needs as a Realtor. After 10 months of regular use, it’s still holding up well. It’s lightweight, professional-looking, and I love the turquoise color—it adds a bright, fresh touch. The design isn’t bulky, and it closes easily with enough space to hold my business cards, notes, pen, and papers for clients. It’s best suited for lighter use—around 10 to 15 pages—so if you need to carry more, this might not be ideal. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy again.

The quality of this product is very good. The color is just as pictured. It looks very much like leather; the material seems nice and the construction is strong and neat. I was hoping it would be a bit more slim - it's probably about 1/2" thick, but that's my only complaint. I like the magnet closure, it works well.

Good product for the price. I use it a lot for talks and presentations. I did cut the center loop out that holds a pen. It was in my way. Like everything else about it.

I really like the portfolio and especially that clip board is included. As a counselor it will be so handy writing notes without pilling the hope pad out of the cover.
