Blister Resist Quarter Socks for Men and Women (1 Pair)

Great socks for long distance running to avoid blisters.

Have been using my purchases for a couple of months over a few hundred kilometres of trail runs. The quality of the material are superb. The shape and comfort still holds well even after several washes. I think it will continue to last for many more marathon runs. Well worth the cost. And yes never had a blister. Its Feb 2023 - I bought another 4 pairs in preparation for ultras this year. Only Balega for my feet.

These are the best socks I own. 3 pairs now! They’re more comfortable than the Darn Tough socks (which are still also very good socks) and really deliver on the anti-blister promise as i was able to break in a new pair of Dr. Martens while wearing these. Price may seem high, but these socks can take punishment and still fit like new every time. Seemingly odor resistant as well, which isn’t an advertised feature. If you want comfortable socks that protect your feet and will last you ages, here you go. Worth the money. Throw out all the stretched out socks in your drawer and take good care of your feet.

I felt obligated to write a review of these after hiking 800+ km through the very hilly north of Spain (the Camino), followed by 4 weeks travelling through Portugal with only two pairs of these. Zero holes, zero stretch out, and only one minor little blister (although I’m not blister prone). Even after 1000+km on them, they still lasted me one more year of semi regular runs and hikes before I finally got a hole in them. The padding is great, the moderate compression is fantastic. If you’re in a situation where you can’t regularly wash them, they somehow don’t get stinky quickly…I often had to wear them 3-4 days in a row of 20-30km days with no chance to wash them , and it took those 4 days before they started to smell. I’ll be a lifelong fan of these socks and I hope the company stays in business and never changes the design of this sock.
