Update 8/17 I have been emailing back and forth with Ava at Sertado and she put in a great deal of effort to show me that what was happening was normal. It was very important to me. Update: 8/17/25 Have only had the dispenser two days and there’s a growing stain across the bottom. I’ve reached out to Sertado, waiting to hear back. Will keep updating. So far, so beautiful! Got myself a birthday gift! I’ve been using a 68 oz pitcher from another company for a few months now and the water has been refreshing! Hoping to capitalize on the copper benefits. The size is perfect for my space. So far no leaking. Maybe a wing nut would work out better inside the jug instead of a regular nut? Clumsy hands, hubby and I can’t get any grip on the nut or any tool in there to tighten it down. It is pricey, but the quality and craftsmanship appear quite lovely. Not heavy at all, except when full ☺️ Now my hubby can get in daily on the quality water with me! Thank you, Sertado!

I purchased this copper water dispenser at the end of Dec 2020. It is sturdy, excellent quality, & beautiful. I absolutely love it. This company makes a great product & they have wonderful customer service. I had read on an Ayurvedic website to wash your copper water container with lemon & turmeric, so that’s what I did. After 2 days of water sitting in the container I noticed a strong bitter taste, & rinsed and dried before each refill. Every time I dried it there was a yellow tint on the paper towels, & the bitterness was present by end of day one. I contacted Sertodo for guidance, & they were quick & friendly to reply with helpful advice that cleared up the bitterness issue. Happy days! I was kinda bummed to think I’d only be able to keep a days worth of water at a time. But now I can fill up my dispenser and enjoy water without fuss for 3 or 4 days. I’ve had glass dispensers in the past that I paid a lot of money for, & the spigot was a cheap plastic thing that always leaked, then the glass eventually gets broken, so annoying. I don’t mind spending money on quality product, & you are definitely getting your money’s worth with this. The dispenser won’t break like glass will. The spigot is high quality stainless steel, it pours at a great flow, & shuts off immediately when you turn it. Best of all it does not leak! And don’t forget, you’re getting the added benefit of copper in your water. I’d really give this company 10 stars if I could! Nothing makes me happier than supporting small businesses that have awesome products & services.

I LOVE it! YES, you should get it. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s quality, healthy, and will last a very long time with good care. I just put the dispenser together, and it’s both gorgeous and practical/works well. I guess the real health benefits come after the water has had time to sit in it a while, but even after just filling, the experienced is 👌🏼 I work in a crystal shop and am used to feeling the energy that comes from different minerals, and this copper dispenser piece just feels good to be around. Honestly, I was skeptical about finding pure copper on Amazon, but after briefly looking into the company, I feel good about this purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my water dispenser as to its beauty. It appears to be built as well and almost as thick as my heavy Mauviel pans. I set it on a half a barrel so that it would be high enough for everyone to get their water without having to bend over. Fill it with remineralized, distilled water and water tastes great and cold. The entire family is thrilled with the dispenser as the mouth is wide enough that it can be cleaned if it becomes necessary unlike the several electric, refrigerated water dispensers we’ve had over the years. I could not be happier! My only gripe, and it is a small one that I don’t feel that it merits a star reduction, is that it only holds 2 gallons unlike the claim of 2.5. Since we only drink a gallon a day, the missing half a gallon is no big deal for us, but if you are definitely needing 2 1/2 gallon dispenser, you might want to look at others instead. If you are wanting one that is quality, beautiful and works, then this is the one I recommend.

This purchase was almost questionable- it was obviously used, when it was sold as new. The item I received from Amazon was loose in the box, no internal packaging, the lid was rattling around, no paperwork, the spout was already put on, and it was still wet inside. But it was beautiful, and I almost decided to take it as is, but for the price, I wanted something I could enjoy without reservations. Thankfully, I decided to reach out to the Sertado folks, and they were AWESOME!!! We dealt with it without involving Amazon further. I gave them pictures of the used one and its “packaging”, and the Sertado company sent me a brand new water dispenser, and included a pre-paid mailing label so I could send the used one directly back to Sertado, in the new one’s box and packaging. They also gave me a bit of a percentage discount / refund from my Amazon purchase, and included a small copper bell for my troubles (from which we hung a leaf crystal). This is a beautiful work of art, well made and sturdy. And the spigot (when properly affixed) is solid and doesn’t leak. I’m enjoying it even more knowing the folks at Sertado are fabulous, friendly, and all around good people. I like having this dispenser so much, I just ordered a pitcher and 2 shot glasses from them (not through Amazon), and am looking forward to enjoying them, too!

For the price tag that was tied to this item I was expecting really high quality. Item has started to decolor, real shame.

Bought this as a gift and the receiver LOVES it. Keeps water tasting fresh and looks so lovely compared to traditional water dispensers. High quality and was packaged well for delivery.

Do your research, there is such a thing as copper toxicity.
