Happy Camper
After a fluke of getting the wrong product the first time I was pleased when my awning arrived and complete. Instructions should be read carefully and probably a few times but with help of a second person the installation was easy.

Make sure nothing is broken before installation
Small broken part. No one, including the manufacturer could provide this part so the only option was to take it all back off the rv and attempt to ship it back. Shipping company refused pickup after delivering a new awning. AMAZON has not been any help in resolving this.

Really like it
This is a great addition to the trailer. Was a lot easier to install than expected; use 2 people. Works great and keeps the leaves and junk off the top of the slide.

I also had to pull the roll pin on one side to get the arm to adjust like the other side
Just got mine yesterday which was three days late. In the instructions it states for the rail to be at a minimum 3" up from the opening. I wish now I would have went 4" ( I had the space to do it). There isn't any angle for water to run off. Just hope that there will not be an issue with this when it rains. I also had to pull the roll pin on one side to get the arm to adjust like the other side. otherwise one end was laying on the slide out. Just got done installing took the slide out ( out and in) a couple of times. Seems to work very well.

Good Product and Lippert Components is Easy to work with
DO NOT ALLOW AMAZON TO SHIP WITH GUARDIAN LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS!!!! The tube was open and missing parts. I asked drivers if there was anything else they said no quickly. I tried to yell and wave truck down to get them to look after I checked. They did not stop. I have the missing parts on order and are getting replaced but no help to the actually shipping company.As for the product it is good. Lippert/Solera make quality products and stand behind them. Simi Easy to install with 2 people.

Did not come with brackets to install.
I believe the product I received is used not new. Missing brackets and the metal was scratched up, but the packaging completely intact. This did not happen during delivery.

The shipping and packing people need to get it together.
When I finally received the tube, the end caps were both bent and one was just laying on the porch next to it. The rail was loose in the tube and bent at one end. I will fix that. And what is it with the missing self tapping screws. I have read multiple people mention this. Other than me whining, I am very happy with it. The youtube videos from etrailer are excellent. Grewat product.

Not to hard to install, nice awning, we'll see how it goes when we get back to camping next year

do not buy from the dealer i bought from does not stand behide product
installed rolled out and there was damage ask for new top nope call lippert no help at all
