This is hands down the best water filter on the market for the money. I've been using this product for three plus years. My city water has a strong chlorine taste and is not perfectly clear. This filter removed one hundred percent of the bad taste and the water is nice and clear even after three years. I changed it because that's what the company recommended. It's not meant to make your water medical grade. For that you should get an RO system which costs three times more and wastes a ton of water and uses multiple filters. This filter fits nicely under my sink and is a three second process to change. I love it because the water tastes great. If this is your first water filter, buy the kit that comes with a stainless faucet that will mount to your sink and comes with all the necessary plumbing accessories. It provides great water pressure and you will love it. Amazon sells this kit as well. I totally recommend it!

I did have some issues with faults but stuck with the brand because of the reviews. Happy I did as these filters are really good. Now we can drink tap water without that horrible taste. I installed one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom for brushing teeth or needing a drink through the night. Highly recommend and simple to install. Make sure you run the tap for 10mins after install.
