This camera is amazing. And their customer support service is SUPERIOR. They are communicative, reply quickly (within less than 24 hours in my two experiences with them so far). I have had my camera for over 2 years and it recently stopped working. They troubleshooted it and decided they would send me a BRAND NEW one even though I was outside of the warranty! I will never recommend or buy any other monitor based on the customer service, functionality of the device, ease of use for the app, and lightweight/easy to travel size of the monitor. Thank you Lollipop for creating not only a great product but for supporting your customers so well.

We love our lollipop and this is our second one for our third baby. The app is easy to use, the quality of the video and sound quality are like you are in the moment. The app and monitor connect to WiFi easily. Moving the monitor around is simple and with the “stick end” of the lollipop it can attach and be adjusted to about anything.

Complete pile of trash. I've never been more disappointed in a product in my life. Defaults to LAN, so have to figure that option out, which takes 30 minutes. The video doesn't load in the background so you have to rebuff every time you boot the app. Which takes forever or breaks. The camera just doesn't connect to your phone. It takes constantly rebooting to get it to show. No buttons or lights on the camera itself so you have no idea if it's on or getting power. The worm tail for latching it to things double as the antenna..... Probably the dumbest idea ever. Rendering it completely useless if you actually want any receiving range. Pretty much everything they could mess up, they mess up. The UI in the app is flooded with paywalled options. Yeah, let me spend $150 on a camera, that I can then subscribe to, to access basic features. $250 a year by the way. Note for the team - If youre part of this company, I have no idea what you were thinking with this.... I'd never hire you.

We got this camera to keep an eye on our little one when they were born. Then, we bought another for my sister for her children a few months later because she liked the camera. For us, the camera has been working fine/good for the past 3-ish years. However, recently the image has been cutting out more frequently. We don't move it often but it seems to travel well. Sometimes it seems difficult to update the software, but that may just be my impatience. Overall, we are happy with our purchase. With that said, for my sister, the camera started breaking down significantly sooner. As in the camera is no longer operable and is a paperweight now. She tried to contact support for help but was unable to get help for the issues.

This monitor has been perfect for us! The video quality is great. It's been even better for traveling since it's light weight, has a long cord, and it all connected to the phone directly. Highly recommend overall!
