night vision doesn't work, camera night light reflects off of the glass, I placed motion sensors on my porch lights with existing switch for auto and manual mode. So when the camera or the light sensors sense movement, my camera alerts me and the lights come on. The sensor I placed works only ant night so my lights aren't on all day nor trigger on dooring day light or day time. Problem solved.

Descent and made of sturdy materials. I converted mine to have additional ventilation from the backside so that my nest doesn't overheat. I imagine if used outside in this metal dome as is you would probably end up with a cooked camera. Use it in the shade only, inside or plan on making some conversions.

GREAT quality... I bought a couple other types and have returned them and will be buying more of these. It can pivot in any direction, this is way under merchandised on here, really a great product! Hands down the best nest weatherproof case out there in my opinion. Only caution, it's not a very petite case, but gives that security "feel".

Works well for putting the Nest Indoor outside, but will not fit the new Nest outdoor camera.

Nice and sturdy design. Night vision will sort of work but only if you have it perfectly placed in the dome (this limits the angles). Cam gets HOT! This is completely sealed and there is no ventilation whatsoever. Not for a hot climate or youll burn the camera up in no time.
