Both my mother and I have been using it as support for brain function and sleep quality for about a year or so. Although it does not work miracles, I find it useful. Under normal circumstances when I would wake up two or three times a night it helps me to get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Also for the first several months I noticed that my dreams became much more vivid and I tended to remember them better, but my mother did not experience such an effect. Overall I am satisfied with this product and intend on keeping using it.

It does what it supposed to do. But please take it before bed otherwise day time dose makes you feel light and sleepy. The price is a concern, but quality is superb!

I take the recommended 3 capsules a night and have more restful sleep. When I take less I notice that my sleep is less restful. It does seem to make a clear difference in the quality of rest and recovery I get when I sleep.
