These are the same quality as I have worn for over 30 years. From the first pair of flats to these with very pronounced arches. The arches are very firm even though they are soft and comfortable. I have very low arches and my feet would get sore or achy/tired if I didn't wear these. I have them for all of my shoes but if you need to swap out that is fairly simple as they don't curl up too bad when inserting. They seem to last forever as the flats I started with were still good several years later before I discovered the high arches. The ones I have now,I just keep swapping into the new pairs of shoes.

I'm not sure if my shoe is a bit too wide but either way, these insoles are like a bullet to my arches. A lot of pain. Couldn't wear it for 1 hour. The arch support should be smooth and elevated not a narrow bump.

Supports my plantar fascia problem very well. Thickness is ideal. Nice and soft.
