Hi, I don't see expiration date on mine, but I'm not one to pay too much attention to expiration dates. If the product smells looks good I use it, LOL. Sometimes expiration dates are for you to buy more products (my opinion) I still have a few left since I bought them a year ago. They're sealed and I will use them

Q: Is this too drying for dry mature skin since this contains witch hazel?

I have found it to be very moisturizing

Q: How many sheet masks does it come with?

Each packet has 1 mask. I use the same mask 2-3 before tossing it out
