Excellent product

I buy organic gluten free flour and bought this product to help hold the dough together. The cost of buying this separate from the flour is $2.00 lower of a 4c bag of Pilsbury flour with the xanthum gum / guar gum in it. I could not believe the savings of purchasing separate. Not only with the savings but the flour held together nicely. Buy the flour and guar gum separate...it may be one extra step in cooking but it will add up in savings. My pantry is almost totally organic now. I see a MAJOR difference in my health and clarity of mind since moving to organic. I feel like I can serve a food that is safe for me and family and friends. Also the taste of organic products is MAJORLY more full of flavor and I'm not so hungry anymore. Organic growers look to Paul Gautchi's organic work less to almost no work and the prices of your crop can come down. (BACK TO EDEN GARDENING). So keep giving us quality AND THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME MONEY AND HEALTH. I will continue to buy this product.

Excellent for use with all my LC foods. I use it in my homemade LC ice creams, but it can be used for regular ice cream ( serves as a great stabilizer so that the ice cream will not turn to a rock in the freezer). I also use it for LC and GF pastries and baked goods. The price was a tad bit high (when I purchased it, anyway), but the product was worth the price. The delivery was timely. The product was undamaged upon delivery.

This product is very good!

I use a small amount of this guar gum in my homemade ice cream. Although my ice cream maker does a good job, when the product freezes it would have small ice crystals. 1/4 tsp per 2 qt batch keeps the crystals from forming and keeps the ice cream smooth. I like it.
