ZAP Glue Zap Z-Poxy 15 Minute Epoxy PAAPT35 Epoxies

Item is super strong and 15 min working time gives you time to adjust items glued. I have been using ZAP products for over 35 years and they have NEVER let me down!

This was recommended as a good way to smooth 3d prints. I do not find it to be good for that purpose. The surface is not flat and contains many ripples after application. I did find that it's a great epoxy cement though. I like it better than the five minute epoxies in the dual applicator tubes. Dries clear and has a good strong bond

Clear finish of the product when cured was most desirable. Many two part epoxies dry with a yellow cast. Oil based paints mixed quite easily. Good stuff

Used this to fix two things. The first was a small plastic part on a vacuum cleaner hose. This part accepts a screw to tighten two parts of the handle togeter. Worked fine. The second part was to reattach the handle on a Royal Doulton teapot. This worked ok to this point but has not been tested with hot tea in it yet. It dried clear and the repair was not visible except in the bottom of the handle.

Works better than what I bought in a tube - And when sets and cures its clear . Great product.

What else do you need to know? *sands well with 150-180 grit, after it’s well-cured.

This product was used to fill some worm holes in exotic hardwoods. I am positive that it was mixed with equal amounts of resin and hardner. It does not set in 15 minutes and it never gets hard but remains tacky even after a week. I will throw this product out and I advise against buying it. It does not work as advertised.

ZAP simply makes one of the best two part epoxies around. I have used it for years and find it great to use and excellent bonding characteristics. This 15 minute type is much better than the 5 minute type, this one is really a stronger material that improves over time.
