This does not taste like kimchi to me but this hot sauce is very tasty and very hot! not unbearable tabasco hot though. I have been dumping this on everything and I will have to buy another bottle. I am very particular about my kimchi but only because I make my own and have been eating it since I was little. Also, the bottle is very nice and sturdy and doesnt topple over like some of my other bottle in my pantry. all in all a very good hot sauce

This hot sauce has a lot of flavor but a little goes a long way!

I like this sauce. The taste is more on the vinegar side than kimchi flavor which is disappointing. I add to sauces when I want a cayenne vinegar spicy kick.

It is hot but great tasting.

This is an excellent hot sauce for kimchi lovers. We eat a lot of kimchi in this house – I even make it from scratch. I always use the extra liquid in the jar for cooking, soups, noodles, bloody Marys, etc. This is like a concentrated, extra good version of that liquid gold. It is not watery, it’s spicy & complex in flavor. This is good on everything & makes a gooooood bloody Mary. This is our new favorite hot sauce. I wish it came in a bigger bottle! Product of Korea

This is nothing like a standard hot sauce, and I find that means it goes well with fewer things. The flavor is dominated by the fermented notes of kimchi and so works very well with fresh produce and is interesting to try on other things like tacos. The heat level is good, being similar to sriracha. This is definitely a fun sauce to have in the refrigerator for those times when you need a little something extra.
