I bought these because I was unable to find Unifix Cubes (possibly because of all the homeschooling that’s going on). They look identical but believe me, they aren’t. Blocks of this type are typically used to teach place value, which means that it’s important to be able to snap 10 of them together and then manipulate that stack of 10, move it around and count and add mixed sets of 10s and 1s. For some reason, although these blocks snap together fairly well, they are constantly coming apart, making it hard to use them in this manner. If you can find Unifix cubes, don’t buy these.
