I’m not a review person. But I have suffered for so long with a bloated tummy, nothing seemed to work. I have been taking these since the 15th Dec 22. I noticed a difference within a few days of taking. Take 3 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I feel so much lighter in my stomach since taking them. If your struggling like me, definitely worth a try. I do still get some occasional bloating, but this is due to food I know don’t like me. So my own fault. Not from within 30min of getting up in the morning all day, like I’m 6mts pregnant. This is a genuine review. I never write reviews, nor was I requested to by the seller. Just so happy I tried them, and if they can help someone else, like me.

After a few weeks of taking these I noticed less bloating. I also noticed an improvement in my skin (I get acne breakouts) as it seemed clearer - although not sure whether a direct connection, as I'd generally been eating better too as part of health kick start. Sometimes the capsules can give me mild heartburn, but only if taken on empty stomach so suggest it is taken with food and good drink of water! Good value for money.

The product is very vinegary and peppery which can be quite hard when that gets caught in your throat and if you choke on that, we'll it aint pleasant :( Found few tablets that were damaged and powder leaking out which was a shame, they are not easy to swallow, they do have a strong taste and I haven't really seen much effects yet but not a pleasant product to try tbh.

I have only been taking these for a week and already my belly bloating is gone. I have tried so many different products for bloating, nothing compares to the results I got with this product. I will take it for life..the only downside is the capsules are so big I cannot swallow them so I disolve the content in a shot of water and the taste is quite strong. But who cares!! Amazing results I cannot recommend this enough.

Easy to take. Capsules are filled with the supplement which is a powder. When taking, any leakage from the capsule/ jar can cause you to cough/ catch your breath as the cider vinegar flavour can catch at the back of your throat. I have been taking these supplements for about 2 months and feel that my health and well-being has improved. Will carry on taking them.

I am normally very sceptical about products and have tried a few but after trying these for 2 months now i have re-ordered ,they are fantastic.... i take 2 of a mornings and have lost 8 llbs in 2 months , they suppress your appetite and my nails are shining and my skin and hear are glowing .... i also feel more energetic and happier in myself , i will be on these now for the rest of my life
