When my little sister’s birthday came around, I wanted to find something that would actually keep her engaged for more than five minutes, and this Calico Critters Grocery Market hit the mark perfectly. The level of detail in the miniature pieces is honestly amazing. the tiny oranges, bread loaves, and milk cartons are so cute together. The set includes a functional conveyor belt and a little shopping cart, which really helps guide the imaginative play. The structure itself is sturdy and fits perfectly with the other buildings in the Calico Critters line. The only downside is the sheer number of tiny, loose stickers and components. Because the pieces are so small, they are also incredibly easy to lose in a carpet or suck up in a vacuum if you aren't careful. I’d definitely recommend keeping a small Tupperware container nearby to store the accessories when the kids are done playing.

Beautiful and very well made like all Calico Critters products.

Bought this for my niece, she loved it. Had great fun assembling and putting the stickers on. Does come with many small pieces, so be mindful of this when giving to younger children.
