I picked one of these up in 5.5 quart because we needed to replace a lesser name brand of ceramic pot that was staining very badly. We have a few other Le Creuset pots that we love, so upgrading was an easy choice. I got the hibiscus color because my wife wanted it, and she loves it. We have become accustomed to the high quality of Le Creuset and really like these pots.

This was costly but it works great. So far I've braised meat and made a stew and then made some chicken soup. Super happy with it. Cleans up easy. Looks great.

Le Creuset speaks for itself. Cooking perfection. Used often and love it more every time. Need to get rich and outfit whole kitchen in Le Creuset. Not happening any time soon so I'll have to love this one item!
