BEAUTIFUL!!
Beautiful Shofar. Mine is the 18 - 20 inch. Nice quality. BEAUTIFUL amazing sound! The mouthpiece area was prepared nicely and is very smooth. Very polished and professionally done. This is a natural shofar with minimal processing so it does have a slight smell - but all shofars do. I rinsed the inside with a little bit of white vinegar and mild warm soapy water and it helped. Went back over it afterward with a microfiber soft cloth and let it air dry. NO COMPLAINTS!!!! Many compliments on the sound. Well done!I SHOULD NOTE since I have read a lot of “bad” reviews — first, before you leave a bad review, learn how to measure a shofar properly before leaving a review that it is not the correct size. Second, if you don’t know how to blow a shofar with your lips then it won’t make a sound. Learn how to actually blow one before leaving a bad review. Third, every shofar is different and unique to the animal. If your dis-satisfied because it is not the right color, etc., then your defeating the whole purpose of having one and respecting the animal it comes from. These are beautiful shofars! ❤️

Beautiful
I really didnt know what to expect and I didnt get the biggest shofar or most expensive but when I unwrapped this from the bag (also lovely), it brought a tear to my eye. This is a gift for someone very close to me and I can hardly wait to see their reaction. Absolutely beautiful.

Shofar
I was expecting a much larger shofar. Like the one on the picture. It did come with its own bag. The sound is a higher pitch.

No bad smell!
Easy to learn! Quality, lightweight and value! Sound quality is good for a little horn and I don't have to clean it except for to wipe it off.

The shofar is awesome!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered the shofar to celebrate the new moon, feast days and sabbaths that YAH (Psalms 68:4; Isaiah 26:4 & 12:2& 38:11) commands us to blow on these set apart days (Psalm 81:3). These are commands from the Most High for HIS people, an everlasting covenant. The shofar had a very faint odor which, I was delighted about bc most have a terrible odor but, this one was almost unnoticeable. The shofar arrived a day early than expected which was also a delight! The craftsman ship was superb! It really is a beautiful piece. My fiancé and I took the shofar to the ocean for Yom Teru’ah (The Feast of Trumpets) “The Day of Blasting” and sounded the shofar for the Messiah’s return (Revelation 19!) It sounded fantastic and I believe YAH heard us! I have recommended this shofar to family and friends! Remember, these are YAH’s commandments to celebrate HIS days, not just for the Old Testament… HE says to do this “forever throughout all your generations!” Shalom!

Nice Shofar
Be aware, there IS a learning curve getting sound to come out of this, at least any sound that sounds like a musical blast as opposed to an asthmatic person trying to blow out a candle.Once you get the hang of it though, it's great.

Rotten, foul odor emitting from inside the horn, with decaying bone marrow or improper processing
I’m reaching out to dispute the condition of the shofar I received off Amazon. Upon careful inspection and cleaning, I discovered the following serious issues:Rotten, foul odor emitting from inside the horn, consistent with decaying bone marrow or improper processingWhite residue and dried organic matter inside the crevices, resembling rotted tissue or buildupThe unmistakable presence of a dead insect lodged inside the hornDespite multiple attempts to clean and sanitize it with natural methods (water, vinegar, drying, and oiling), the odor persisted and worsenedThis horn is not only unusable but spiritually defiled. I purchased this as a sacred item for worship, and what I received is unacceptable, unsanitary, and potentially hazardous.I am requesting a full refund or immediate exchange for a properly cleaned, kosher, and odor-free handcrafted shofar. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Amazon platform’s dispute department and report this as a hygiene and integrity violation.I emailed them before posting here, no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR MOUTH ON OLD DEAD ANIMALS FLESH. Rate 0 Stars
