Q: Did this product have a safety seal on the lid for anyone or did it come unsealed and leaking like mine did?

Not sealed. Always comes leaking. Have to decline box at post office because they won't deliver the damaged leaking box.

Q: Is this the newest version, manufactured after 2016?

Dear customer, Although we cannot speak for all the sellers, our company just got the shipment in last week for the brand new products only. Although the photos on Amazon can be outdated, all our products are recently manufactured in 2017. Thank you. :)

Yes I got the same thing. But it's definitely fabric softener.

Q: Hoe does this work? Can you throw in washer with detergent right on top of clothes?

The directions stated online are: DIRECTIONS: See table, on container, for dosing instructions. Add to dispenser or to final rinse after tub filled with water. Do not pour directly on fabric to prevent spotting. Always check labels for special instructions.
