This item has a heavy duty metal hook, with a spring actuated safety clip. the hook is connected with a swivel attachment, which gives this item a superior configuration as compared to most other hook/straps on the market. The Velcro segment is super strong, and is "velcro'ed" for the entire length of the strap (16" unfolded). This company produces 2 models of this item. I had expected the smaller unit to be delivered, as I thought this was the one that I ordered. But what arrived was the larger (VelcroPro) model of this item. I fully recommend this hook/strap, especially for the PRICE, because the delivered unit is usually twice the cost of the little brother of this item. Great deal.

Bought these to replace the hooks on my RAD Sportz bike hangers. My Ebike weights 52 lbs and these securely hold the bike to the hangers. Much better solution than the hooks that came with the bike hanger. I use the 100lb straps for my regular mountain bikes and the 200lb straps for my mountain bike. Been using them for a couple of years now and they have held up well and I feel safe pulling my car under my bikes with them secured with these straps.
