I’ve always enjoyed 7 Wonders Duel, and Agora adds a clever new layer without overcomplicating the core game. It introduces the Senate — a political tug-of-war that changes how you think about every move. What I love The Senate system adds real depth and tension without breaking the flow. Every game feels different — it massively boosts replayability. It gives you new paths to victory and more ways to counter your opponent. I never play without this expansion now; it just makes the game feel complete. What I like less It’s very pricey for what comes in the box — it actually costs more than the base game. The quality of components are consistent with the base game. I don’t like the Pantheon expansion, but Agora nails the balance and variety I wanted. I never include this expansion when teaching the game to casual players. Summary Agora makes 7 Wonders Duel feel alive again. It’s expensive, yes, but the replayability and tension it adds make it worth it. Once you’ve played with it, it’s hard to go back to the base game.

We have enjoyed playing with this expansion so far. If you are like us and go through phases of playing one game a lot, sometimes they can get a little stale even though you are having fun. 7 Wonders Duel is one of those games for us that we find ourselves playing a lot in a short amount of time sometimes. The Agora expansion is a nice addition to really freshen up the play, as it is a good diversion from the standard gameplay. If one of the players decides to start going in on the Agora mechanic, it forces the other player to divert their attention to it as well so that they are not swept away by it (similar to other factors in Duel). The mechanics of it though are different than anything else in the game, so it is cool to add it in. I would say it is probably best for medium - experienced players of Duel and not really necessary for beginners. Also, a great gift for someone you know who has Duel, as it is well priced, a good size, and that person will likely not have complaints for the added mechanic to their play sessions.

Fantastic add on game!

very fun addition. It adds another strategy/ way of winning to the game. New cool wonder like "features" such as stealing opponents money, swapping blue/green cards (example - your blue 3 points swapped with enemy's blue 7 points), war shields etc. Learning it is not that hard either. Great extension!

Super fun expansion

Adds an additional win con without to much complexity. An awsome addition to an already great game. The conspiracy cards add a nice swingy advantage without being OP.

No complaints, well made, great addition to the game. I play every week with my mom at a coffee shop, and she doesn’t usually love board games much. Very good game

Excellent addition to the main game. Adds a whole new dimension and mechanics to an already excellent and nuanced game. Highly recommend. Also nice components that slot right in to the main game and comes in a space saving box.

Esta expansión agrega más cartas en cada era (los senadores), nuevas cartas con habilidades como los dioses de la expansión Pantheon (las conspiraciones) y un nuevo elemento (el senado) con una nuevo tipo de victoria: la supremacía política. Con los senadores puedes ir obteniendo espacios en el senado o preparar conspiraciones. Cuando un jugador controla todas las cámaras del senado, gana automáticamente el juego. También agrega dos maravillas nuevas, dos fichas de progreso y cambia las recompensas del tablero militar. Estos nuevos elementos solo pueden usarse junto a esta expansión.Lo bueno de esta expansión es que se puede combinar con la otra de Pantheon. Me parece un poco más interesante la primera expansión, pero igual esta sigue siendo una adición muy buena para el juego base. Si ya tienes Pantheon o prefieres el juego dure un poco más, entonces te recomiendo adquieras Agora. De todas formas si te gusta el juego tanto como a mi, vas a terminar adquiriendo ambas expansiones.

Best game board ever

Perfect condition and a very awesome price. Cheaper than anywhere else. All components are well made and fit well with both the base game and Pantheon expansion. Agora adds another level to the gameplay which makes things very interesting.
