The 100% cotton is really soft and feels premium but lightweight! I got white as a decorative towel and will end up getting a few more color options for the other bathrooms in my house because the white stains pretty quickly (we're pretty rough on our towels, and they get thrown around a lot, so I expected as much)! They work well and dry quickly. The did smell weird when I first took them out of the packaging but were fine after one wash.
