I watched Andrew Hubberman and this was recommended as part of a sleep cocktail. Best sleep I ever had! Use this plus 2 other compounds. Research sleep cocktail- Andrew Hubberman and you will know the other two. Highly recommend it

It works as described!
Good product. It keeps me calm during the day and I sleep like a baby at night! The only thing is, advertised image is misleading. It reads 120 capsules but actual product I received is 100 capsules. Seller should change the image of the ad.
