What is an 18 hole molded pull tab? the back looks like it's velcro.

It says that it is both for some reason. I don't remember if it was the plastic straps on the back with the holes that accept the knob from the other strap or if it was velcro. The hat was so tiny that even most children couldn't wear it, that is the biggest problem.

Im looking for a hat 61.5cms or 7 3/4. Does this hat gets that big?

Yes...has strap on back that is adjustable making it normally one size fits all.Nice construction also.

Does this hat show sweat marks (some hats soak up sweat making them look wet on the bill) And will it become stained from sweat like other hats?

My does not show sweat marks. The hat has a removable insert in the front that can be washed. Side note - this hat is smaller than normal. It is adjustable but I had to use all of the adjustment length of the vector strap.
