3 German Shepherds like this!
I noticed my German Shepherds have dry skin especially now during the hot summer and I was researching about what best to improve their skin other than dog topical balm. I was skeptical at first because I was scared they would not like their food anymore, but I was wrong because they love their food more now! The skin doesn't improve overnight as I just started but I can see it doesn't spread bigger. I believe this will do more benefits for a long time. I will update this review for more information. So far I'm impressed!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ive noticed a difference in my senior dog since Ive been giving this to him twice a day with his meals. My pup has been on glucosamine for years. But this oil was truly the missing piece in his diet. So glad I found this stuff and will be buying more! He has more energy and he seems to walk with less stiffness.

It's been about 2 weeks since I've started my cat on this oil ..I put it on his dry food 1/4 teaspoon .so far he has tolerated it with no problems but I don't feel good about increasing it since he only gets a 1/4 cup of kibble split into 2 x per day and I don't want to make his food to oily.i will update again after a month of use to see if there is any noticeable difference in his limp or his coat. Plus customer service is great they reply back even on weekends .Update..I def see a difference in his coat..he had bad dry flaky skin and after 3 weeks that was gone completely. And I give him a full pump 2x per day . It does not smell bad and sometimes the pump may have a bit drip out but I keep it in a baggie Update ...he has finished his first bottle of I go over the 1/4 tsp my cat vomits he gets this 2x per day breakfast and dinner. I opened the second bottle today and it had come open in the package and the oil leaked out and made a big mess. My cats coat is shiny that's all I can say ..he has a limp but the oil has not helped that. Hopefully this is helping his joints .

Edit: This company read my original review & got in touch to offer me a refund! That shows lots of integrity & shows that they back their products. I respect & appreciate that greatly! Original Review: One of my geriatric cats started to actively avoid wet food with a half pump of salmon oil in it. His appetite waned the next day after his first full meal with it added. My only thought is that it might be making him nauseous. It’s not a common symptom but can happen! This is going to vary from pet to pet, mind, so try it, but know that you might have a cat who doesn’t gel with it. I’m going back to freeze dried salmon treats as he seemed fine with those, but they’re pricy and often get crushed in transit. Your mileage may vary. Theoretically, salmon oil is really good for your pets, so it’s worth a shot!
