So small you have to go at least three sizes up. I ordered an M. The "M" I received wasn't only very-very tight, was even short. To summarise, the size M may fit a slim 12 years old.

the size is smaller than for other brands, one must keep this in mind when ordering. Quality is good.

What irritated me the most about this sports bra was how stiff it felt when putting it on, and how the smell of sweat lingered even after a 3 hrs washing cycle. It didn’t last long in my wardrobe. Cut to pieces and thrown for recycling. If anybody is still tempted to order it, al least size up 2 times.

Pads inside doesn’t stay at one place...n very difficult to wear
