As I write this review, I honestly can't remember the original reason why I bought this product. However, a few months ago, I remember desiring to go on a fast. I remember previously being able to fast for 5 days and another time for 6 days. During each fast, I always had to STOP because I felt EXHAUSTED. I could have drank more water, but I did take vitamins and drink coffee. On the day I started this fast, God spoke to me and said, "Hey, you know now that lack of electrolytes caused you to be tired on your other fasts. Try one of those packets and see how you feel." To fast forward, I consumed two packets over two days and was able to fast for 9 DAYS....WITHOUT FEELING THE LEAST BIT TIRED OR A STRONG URGE TO EAT! And I only consumed the stuff 2 of the 9 days! I had to break the fast because on day 9, my legs began aching (due to a lack of glucose for so long). Maybe if I had consumed Liquid I.V. each day (or every other day), I could have fasted longer. This stuff is expensive, but because it works, I will not try anything else...even if it's cheaper! Today is a Saturday. I've been doing Keto for a week now. Yesterday (Friday) and today, I started feeling like crap! Overly-tired/Exhausted for no good reason, couldn't get my thoughts together/confused and just overall feeling bad. These are all the symptoms/side effects from ketosis due to an electrolyte imbalance. I still have a bunch of Liquid I.V. packets on hand because I haven't been using them. Instead of eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to help me feel better (and consume all that sugar and calories), I ran to Liquid I.V. I poured a packet into about 36oz of water and drank it down. It took a few hours but now I feel like my normal self. Mind you, I had nothing to eat except water and coffee prior....SO I KNOW IT WAS LIQUID I.V. THAT HELPED ME! Taste: the taste is awesome! However, I would not recommend dissolving it in only 16oz of water (like the directions say) as it is wayyyy too sweet. I did this once, drank it through a straw and my tongue was orange and sensitive for a week! In closing, I'd encourage everyone to begin eating right! Severely limit refined carbs in your diet and eat more "live" foods (i.e. fruits and veggies). If you're eating right, and you begin to feel chronic fatigue for no reason, it could be an electrolyte imbalance/dehydration. This stuff works. Give it a try! You can even put one packet into half a gallon, or a gallon and just drink it throughout the day...it'll STILL work! At the end of the day, I'm not a doctor or health care professional. When it comes to YOUR personal health and well being, I have no idea what the heck I'm talking about!

The tangerine flavor is outstanding. I can’t speak for the science of the drink but it is yummy and helps me get my daily water with only 140 calories.

For me, this is the best hydration product I've tried. I play tennis in the hot and humid summer heat and this is the only product I've found to get me through it. I am pretty heat sensitive and water alone, unfortunately, doesn't cut it for me. The flavors are great and even though it is expensive, it works if you need a boost to keep you energized and hydrated.

My wife and I get these on the regular. It’s a tasty, vitamin and electrolyte boost to your bottle of water. Highly recommend if you are dehydrated and don’t drink enough water

Starting back at tennis after a thirty+ year hiatus has been great in every way except the cramped get. No longer with Liquid IV, even on the hottest days. I do like the flavor of this brand over others I’ve tried.

This helps keep fluid inside my body better, and that makes me happy. Before finding Liquid IV, pretty much anything I drank, went right through me. And I thought I knew why, because I know a little bit about nutrition and the body. Most hydration drinks lack enough sodium and the correct amount of carbs. As soon as I read these ingredients, I knew it was a superior formula to most on the market. I think they cracked the electrolyte balance code perfectly. When I drink this, I actually void less! And I am retaining less water in my skin/fat. My body looked fuller and fitter once my dehydration issue went away, I will continue drinking this every day.

I tried to take one as needed. It works very well for me. I highly recommend it. It gives me a lot of energy and makes me feel good.
