I love this for cystic acne. As soon as I feel one starting I put it on and it completely reduces it as well as how long it’s there by a lot. For example, I use to get cystic acne on my chin. It would last sometimes up to a month. This makes it either keep it from being so big and painful, or stops it from starting. I rarely get acne anymore.

I had a different clearasil spot cream that worked great - thought I'd try this one as it looked stronger / fancier on the label but it didn't really do anything. Since started using ZitSticka patches and those are amazing - won't be going back to zit cream.

I use this daily on my t-zone. It can over dry so be careful of overuse if you don’t have acne prone skin. My skin is sensitive and it does not irritate it. I recommend trying it if you have acne. I know how difficult it is to find something that works.

Clearisil Ultra is the only acne medicine that consistently works for me. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but it is worth the price.

Once mailing package opened, the product box was wide open and no sign there was ever a seal over the flap (picture one) and when I removed cap, the tube was not sealed (picture 2). This could have been tampered or not the original cream. I could not put a product like this on my skin. Will return and not purchase again. Don’t buy from this seller. No quality control.
