I first got my bear spray and always kept it in my backpack, yet when closing in risky areas is best to have it handy. As soon as I bought this holster I realized this is the only way to carry a defense tool, it keeps it tight and secure yet it takes me a second to grab the spray if needed. 10 / 10 would recommend

This feels well-made and is just the right amount of tension to hold the 9.2oz canister from falling out accidentally, while still allowing you to pull it out smoothly and rapidly when you need to. I'll update this review if anything changes as I put more use on this.

This fit my canister very well. 4 stars because it is quite "bouncy" when worn on my belt, especially if running vs only walking. Don't count on being able to use this on your belt if out for a run. I took it off my belt, then carried the cannister IN the pouch while continuing my run.
