Love the scent and find it very relaxing. It seems to help me sleep better as well.

Probably one of the best purchases I've ever made! The scent is good and it does help with cramps, although it just depends on the severity of your cramps how much relief you'll get. The cramps strong enough to kill a donkey months maybe it will just take the edge off vs being a cure. I would recommend buying the big bottle if you can, it's way easier to get the drops out and lasts a long time. I've had my big bottle now for almost 3 years and still have plenty.

Well, with my first impression I really would love to give this only one star. This smell does not appeal to me at all and almost makes me feel dizzy or something. It seems to be high quality and well packaged. It also comes with a great little suggestion guide for other essential oils as well. I will give this a try tonight to see if it helps, I'm a bit nervous however because I just think it smells gross. It smells like licorice and a little lavender. I love Lavender but this combination is all wrong for me so far. Hopefully it will surprise me. Will Update after I try it. Update! I used this last night as suggested on the back of the bottle. I rubbed it into my feet diluted into olive oil after my shower. WOW. I was asleep within 15 minutes. I was planning on watching some tv, but I began to feel too relaxed and thought ok, I'll just read the suggestion guide they included with this oil. I began to notice I wasn't comprehending and had to re-read a few lines and then, the next thing I remember is my bf was already in bed and the lights were out! I'm going try it again tonight and if I get the same effect I will keep the four stars :) I have been impressed because initially I felt this was going to be useless based on its detering smell. I guess it's not meant for its aroma, but it's physiological affects. Will Update to rule out the factor that I may have just been exhausted. I feel this oil worked. Update: Still great! I've actually grown to appreciate the smell better. It's still not a smell I'd wear or purposely smell for aromatherapy, but it definitely works for me when applied as per instructions. I also dream more while using this. Not sure if I'd repurchase, but I am glad I bought it and I would recommend if you need the sleep help. It works for me. Update: so I've grown to no longer be offended by the scent. It's not something you'd buy as a perfume imo but its ok as far as scents go, just kind of weird. Update 2/13/15 This stuff is great! Maybe my initial dislike of the scent were my pregnancy/nursing hormones altering my sense. I consider that because now over a year without those excess hormones I find this scent very nice and comforting! My husband liked this scent the first day it arrived. It works for both of us and our fussy toddler. We diffuse it as well as apply to the soles of our feet. I like this brand a lot.

Love this scent- I actually hadn’t a clue what it was prior to purchasing on a late night whim. The smell is peaceful, fresh- and in no way overdone like some other scent blends. I will DEFINITELY purchase this exact scent again, for sure. I must have been half asleep because when it came it was SO TINY- so therefore next time I’ll pay closer attention to the size/price. Other than that, we love this in our diffuser as we fall asleep. Perfect for us- and my husband is REALLY PICKY!
