Damaged packaging
Item has a hole on the packaging, so the sand was spilled when we received it. This is the second time we encounter the same damage upon delivery.

Very bad seller
Although the product is very good and suits my use, and this is the third time i buy this item. Beware of the seller, missing items, no reply to telephones ir email for several days now. I will definitely be reporting this to Amazon customer service who are excellent in taking matters seriously.
