Sadly this product is not satisfactory, the amount of ethanol is too high therefore affecting the benefits of propolis. As it is non-soluble, you cannot mix it in liquids. When it touches surfaces, like a rim of a glass of a porcelain plate it adheres and it is hard to be removed, which makes me question its benefits once ingested. I have added to granola for example where it stays better, however, I will not buy this item again. I will search for other products that DO NOT contain ethanol. Dave the Boss!
