Great on every level. Smooth glide, sufficient amount of steam, fast heating, reliable and sturdy. Long cord and easy to use.

We first purchased this iron in December 2021 but received it (DoA) non-operational. We promptly returned it and were issued a refund. We purhased again in August 2022 and after two years it has again become defective ( water leaking). Utterly disappointed and shall never purchase this brand again.

The iron is powerful as described . Easy to use . With a larger water tank and fantastic steam shoot . Easy in use and cut off the time for the whole process. I’m satisfied. As so far

I have changed the rating to 3 as the product started to leak working few months. Despite of using ironing water the steam generation is reasonably low. Takes lots of effort to iron. The Tefal Ultimate Pure Steam Iron is a special product because of its strength, durability, and innovative features like the MicroCalc Filter. If you want an iron that saves time and effort while producing results on par with those of a professional, it is worth the investment. I wanted something with more Watts for starched cotton clothing, and this one is perfect. It is a little heavier than my previous Tefal one, which was still functioning perfectly after six years. After six months of use, I will return with my revised review, but for now, I am enjoying it.

I ordered a new steam iron, but what I received is clearly used — the water tank still had steam and water droplets inside. This is unacceptable. I want either a new replacement or a full refund immediately. Very disappointed with this experience.

Disappointed to find I needed to buy an adaptor for the two pin plug supplied. No mention of this in the advert. The first adaptor I bought, the iron blew its fuse so had to buy another new one. Iron once working is good but leaks water some times.

سريعه وسهله الاستخدتم تصلح للعامله ماتحرق الملابس بس اول مااكوي يخرج الماء بكثره وبعده يكون عادي بعد سنه من الاستخدام خربت وماقدرت ارجعها تواصلت معهم وقالوا اطبعي الفاتوره وماتنزل لي وتواصلت لكن مالقيت استجابه وراح استمر بالمحاوله

Excellent as long as it lasted. Started with relentless red light flashing issue, after 9 months, with no solution and Iron would auto stop after 2 minutes. Really unsatisfactory experience given its price and hype!
