I ordered this item at 3 in the morning as I couldn't sleep from intense scalp inflammation. It was delivered later that day and I immediately used it. I experienced a burning rash that was so intense that I couldn't even touch my scalp. I used this shampoo/solution as per instructions, and I got immediate results. Next morning, my scalp felt healthy and the pain and inflammation were gone. I guess it would woro depending on the actual cause of the issue. In my case I had no idea but bought this item for the same-day delivery option.

I have some skin rashes, tried this for 5 days, there is not much improvement. Maybe if I use it consistently for weeks I can see the effect. The solution smells like how betadine should smell like, it reminds me the smell of hospitals so after taking a bath, be prepared for that hospital-like smell. Good thing about this product it does not stain my skin nor our bath tub/bathroom floor.
