Does the powder when blown produce the same effect - swirling smoke- as your picture portrays?

It might if you were outside and windy but we used inside, in a theater setting. It sort of puffs like a cigarette but fyi powder doesn't last long at all.

Can these be used in a fake cigarette holder?

They could but the holder I bought was too small for the diameter of the cigarette. You’d have to shop for the proper size. I tried to squeeze the cigarette in but by doing that it prohibits it from smoking properly which is the cool part of these cigarettes.

Are these flexible? I'm trying to find a cigarette than can bend a little for an art project.
