Very rich undiluted thick color they are extracting from vegetables so we are happy to use to make sweet for our children at home with ir

Love this product. Have used several times to colour icing for a child partial to green. Only thing to keep in mind is there is a hint of saltiness from the spinach. Love that you can add a teeny drop at a time to deepen colour gradually, and even at high dilution, it is a vibrant shade.
