I just finished my third liver/gallbladder flush, and though I keep feeling gradually better and better, I knew I needed a bit of help especially with fat digestion between flushes until I get to optimal health. I’m actually taking 3 of these per meal if it has fat, for the moment. Next time I might buy the 500mg ones, though I do like that I can use as much as I need depending on how much fat I ate in a meal. My digestion is Night and Day using these!! I am so grateful to have tried them. I usually eat a 100% vegan diet, geared toward my Ayurvedic dosha, but for anyone nervous about adding these to your regimen, I highly recommend them!! I also really recommend the amazing liver and gallbladder flush book. It’s seriously life changing. I feel better than I can ever remember feeling in my life. So grateful. In any case, this is a top notch supplement and I highly recommend it!!

Ever since I have GB removed I was struggling with intense digestive issues. ok to be blunt daily attacks of diarrhea. Taking 1 pill per large meal and the issues were brought under control. EVERYONE responds differently to GB removal. That is clear. But for me this supplement really helped me out. I am very happy I gave this a try.

Won't do that again, but Ox Bile helps me tolerate a modest amount of fat without getting sick. I take 3 capsules with any meal that's not fat-free. Which is most meals.
