The Kenwood Chef purchased is a very good product and easy to use but we faced a issue with the baking tools including the K-beater, balloon whisk and the dough hook included. These are Stainless Steel but we found that some of these items are having pin holes in the coating. This will result in corrosion. Otherwise the machines is a good buy and value for money.

A brilliantly engineered piece of kitchen equipment. It's powerful, not flimsy in the slightest and has everything I need. The only drawback for me is that I'm quite short and my workbenches are high so using the blender or food processor is a bit of a stretch. But that's my issue, nothing to do with the quality or design of the unit. I love it!

You just buy it without hesitation. But note that additional accessories are very expensive. So, it's better to buy the whole attachments at once.

For a flagship product such as this, I would have expected a better build quality. As it kneeds the dough, the entire torso of the machine starts contorting. The included dough hook was poorly finished and I had to get it replaced.

Works very well, and looks great on the counter. Highly recommended.

I had a celebrity chef mixer, which wasnt great, so ditched it after a year and went back to my favourite make - Kenwood. I had use of the Kenwood Major 40 years ago and loved it, so there really was only one choice, a Kenwood. I have made several different loaves, lots of cakes and a lemon meringue pie. The whisk attachment is very sturdy and made perfect meringue. I also bought the additional flexible beater, which you have to adjust, make sure you buy the right model for your mixer (AT502). Its nice to have the added pulse feature and the light is a great extra addition and the splash guard is very useful. I am very pleased with this machine, as I knew I would be, its good to have the additional attachments to make this one brilliant all rounder in the kitchen. If I had a gripe, it would be that it didnt come with its own proper cover, but I am using the plastic cover it came with just to keep it clean. I havent yet bought the grinder, but on my old Kenwood, it ground up coffee and spices brilliantly and im sure the grinder for this mixer will do the same, also you can grind granulated sugar to make caster sugar. So all in all this is one great machine, so far cant find fault with its performance. Love my Kenwood.

Très bonne appareil mon précédent de 1400 Watt ayant rendu l'âme j'ai du me résoudre à changer mais je suis resté fidèle à la marque qui est très connue et donc je suis content j'ai eu l'occasion d'en prendre un plus puissant je n'ai pas hésité. Seule petit bémol la fiche de courant était une anglaise que j'ai changé maintenant cela est un détail mais certaines personnes seraient dans l'embarras. Mode d'emploi pas en français mais la aussi un vélo reste un vélo. Si non je recommande vivement l'appareil et la marque. Rapport qualité prix excellent

I have to agree, the unit is not cheap. But the capabilities with all the attachments, it made a lot of other units obsolete in my kitchen. Since I need it mainly for artisan breads, the power is extremely helpful and the results are very good.

Superb piece of kit, for mixing large batch dough. 1700 watt motor makes it seem easy. Noticeable quiet motor, electronic control give infinite adjustment. Comprehensive range of tools included. Excellent range of attachments available. I had cause to contact Amazon customer service with a query, they were first class.
