This is the perfect hair paste in my opinion. I've been using it for about 2-3 years. The texture looks natural, and the hold lasts all day in business / casual environments. For sports, I'd recommend something else, as excessive sweat breaks down the paste and it can be an eye irritant.

Good stuff! Holds like wax but goes on like a paste. Best stuff if you don’t want the wet look, deal with chunks of wax, and not work. Work incredibly well!

What a wonderful hair product for men. Redkin Work Hard Paste is more like a "lotion" consistency rather than a paste. Application is easy and for those with thick hair, it's a must. This product does not leave your hair sticky or stiff, you can comb right through it. Work hard paste keeps your hair looking healthy all day with a manly fragrance. Due to the amount needed, it is a great value; highly recommended!

I’ve been using this Redken product for about 10 years. The quality has changed somewhat, as well as the container it comes in. It has a light to medium hold which I like, but my favorite part is that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue on your hands or your hair. It’s moldable even after you use it. If you wet your hair you can mold it again. I use this to style then finish with hairspray. My only issue is the chemical smell and that it does get watery so sometimes you have to shake it.

I’ve been using this for years. Just the right amount of hold and smells fantastic. Hope they never stop making this. A little pricey, but worth it to me.

My husband and sons love this product. It has a manly scent and works great for a tosseled look. It's doesn't give a shiny or greasy look unless you use too much.

My husband has been using this same product for years, however it use to come in a pump. This is the first time he has bought it in the tube and it is sometimes watery. I'm not sure why, but it seems this is a common complaint in the new form of packaging. This is why I only gave it 3 stars because of the consistency now
