Was my fav miso when I lived in Japan so I was happy to find it here ...this is the only miso I know of that doesn’t need anything added to it to make it truly delicious just add hot water and a heaped teaspoon of paste and that’s it...wonderful for balancing the blood sugar and miso is also very healing for many things...wish there was an organic version...

Good for soups
Good product, but be aware this paste already contains dashi so no need to add if making miso soup or it will be too salty.
