I was given a knock-of in my previous purchase that got damaged in a few months because the insert was made of plastic. Because I didn't want the inconvenience of returning and waiting again, I decided to keep that, besides, it only costs 26 AED. As a result, I ended having more trouble due to the insert falling off and misalignment of the thread rendering that one useless. Fast forward, I ordered another one from this merchant, and gladly I was given a full metal parts especially the adaptor (Insert) from the faucet to the shower. 6 months after, as of this writing, the product still holds strong and leak-free. Should have bought this one in the first place. Moral lesson - send back products that are subpar in quality because you will suffer in the long run. Better to deal with the hassle now than be sorry later.

did the job, however when i placed a hose on the side nozzle theres a tiny leak but still the amount of water coming out is negligible and i think putting another gasket would prevent it overall im happy using this, my main purpose is for refilling my aquarium

So this is...ok. I received it with scratches but decided to overlook them. The piece itself looks great. It fits on the faucet like it always belonged. We use it to connect a countertop dishwasher to the kitchen faucet. The diverter valve was an annoying problem at installation, because it is a little short and needs more threads. When tightening the connecting hose, you reach the main body of the piece so you can't get a tighter fit and you end up scratching it. We used a lot of teflon and it's ok, but sometimes it will leak, depending on pressure. When I open the tap then close off the diverter valve, it doesn't leak. If I turn the diverter valve first, then open the tap, it will leak. The valve handle is a little small so be gentle with it, but it doesn't bother me. Others have plastic handles with random colors which just don't look good. This is a nice option if you're willing to fuss with it a bit at first.

I needed an additional adaptor to the piping size for a garden hose (magic hose) which was available at a local hardware shop, it works great, doesn't leak with proper installation, the lever works, good quality, overall satisfied

This what it shows including 1 x Faucet Diverter Valve; 1 x Faucet Adapter M22 X M24 But the M22 x M24 is missing in all my 4 orders so no use with out it !!? How can they show it in the picture and also in the description and it’s not there Supplier kindly reply to that otherwise I have to return it

جودة المنتج افضل من اللي تجي بكج مع بعض( المحبس +الشطاف). أنا جربت اللي تجي مجموعه و جربت اللي تجي منفصله والمنفصله افضل من ناحية الجوده.

الجزء المتصل ب فوهة الخلاط ( M22\ M24 ) ليس من النحاس كما ذكر فى المواصفات بل من البلاستيك
