Simple, light blocks. They are sturdy and thick enough to support your weight while you hold a yoga pose. Not used the belt yet but it is a simple belt to help extend your stretches.

As a Yoga instructor I know only too well how important good quality products are to support my Yoga practice. These blocks and strap are great quality for a great price from a reliable and honest seller. The products were delivered swiftly and well packaged with a wonderful carry bag to keep them all clean, intact and together. The blocks are comfortable, yet highly durable and fabulously strong, the strap is a wonderful addition to the purchase with the blocks and I cannot recommend buying these items for anyone who wishes to improve their time on the mat. Looking for firmer and more solid block for good support, not book included.

Strong, soft and... wait, that is andrex. These are tough little bricks that stay tough under pressure. I've used them for every workout. That dint you see was a spike I hadn't noticed in the garden, block saved me, took the beating and carried on. I love that as I progress I move from long side to short side to flat on its back. Great blocks, great colour and they dry quick

As I am currently a beginner, these blocks have been a fantastic support in my practice to allow me to better achieve some positions. The strap has also been really helpful in the areas where my shoulder mobility restricts me. I love the colour of the blocks and so far they are holding up well to regular use. Great value for money and the storage bag is great for when I go to in person classes as I can pack it all up and go!
