What is the wave length of the light?

LightStim's inventors discovered LightStim MultiWave® patented technology and this is where LightStim really shines. LightStim for Wrinkles combines 4 different therapeutic wavelengths of LED: 605 nm Amber, 630 nm Red, 660 nm Deep Red, 855 nm Infrared. These 4 wavelengths are working simultaneously and synergistically together. We also have our LEDs custom made to put out the most amount of energy for proven lasting results and our Lights are designed to last a lifetime.

What is the warranty for the Lightstim for wrinkles?

LightStim offers a 5-year repair/replacement warranty on hand-held Lights purchased on or after January 1st, 2014. Hand-held Lights purchased before January 1st, 2014 have a 2-year repair/replacement warranty. The warranty is limited to factory defects including defective power transformers. We will not be responsible for damages caused by misuse or abuse intentional or otherwise. If you find that your Light is not working properly please contact us directly to troubleshoot the situation. If it is determined that the Light itself is defective please mail it directly to LightStim for repair or replacement. Shipping charges on returned Lights and/or power cords are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For all LightStim handhelds purchased in the US from an authorized reseller, there is 5 year warranty. We are available to answer questions at (949) 502-4088 Monday Through Friday

Can you use this device on your skin above your lip, which would cover your lip probably? I have lines there.

You can use it anywhere. It even comes with eye protectors to use around the eye, as well.

Favorite device

I have been using this wand for years. Yes it leaves little bumps on your face but you don't use it when you're about to go out. I use mine at night when I'm watching TV and I'm ready to go to bed. The bumps go away after a half hour. It's not a big deal. I love it and I use it and I always will

Leaves long-lasting indentations all over skin - no cover to protect you from the light bulbs and your skin.

I just purchased this product after trying a MUCH more expensive LED light therapy device by Zero Gravity, in the hopes that the results would be similar even if it took longer. This device is AWFUL! There is no cover for the LED lights and I have very deep indentations all over my face in the shape of the LED lights - considering the number of little light bulbs in this product, you can imagine how awful my face looks after having pressed it (gently) into my skin all over! I can't believe how terrible the design is - the Perfectio Plus by Zero Gravity has a smooth cover so the LED light bulbs aren't directly touching your face and you're able to move that device all around (including along the chin/jawline) to help mold and sculpt your face while getting light therapy, unlike this LightStim that has to be held stationary on one part of the face for 3 minutes before moving it elsewhere. I want .a device that I can move around so I can help induce some elasticity and lifting in my jawline, and also a device that I could use and leave home immediately afterwards. It's been 25 minutes and I still have LED light bulb shaped indentations all over my cheeks and forehead.

Have been using this for a few months now. Not sure I see any difference. Except my cheeks are rosier

Wont turn on unless plugged in

The first one I purchased would not turn on even after charging for hours. Returned it for a replacement. The SECOND one did the same thing! They only turn on if plugged in. What the heck? Returned the second one and will shop elsewhere

AMAZING
