Clarity for Spas Natural Spa Hot Tub Water Treatment Starter Kit - Non-Toxic, Chlorine-Free, Kit

Took a while to get these chemicals dialed in but its way better than chlorine. Does put off an odor unless I use a lot of the non clorine shock before & after. My wife developed an allergy to the chlorine so we were forced to switch. No more skin rash & no itching or sticky skin after hottubbing like chlorine gives. I have a 450 gallon tub.

Since switching to natural spa no more rashes , chlorine snell or itchy skin. Love this product. Amazing.

I don’t know how or why this works. I only know that it does. Dump a bottle in once a month and that’s it. No testing, no PH balancing, no chlorine, no bromine. Just clean water.

This product is amazing. I had just drained and filled our hot tub after it sat all summer. The refilled tub was surprisingly dirty after being cleaned with hundreds of dollars of products from my local pool supply store. I was dissatisfied and I hate chlorine and so I researched and found this product on the company website and I'm so glad I did. I started out by adding 1/2 jar of crystal clean (also by the same company) and then cleaning the tub again. I was baffled about how much crud came out of that spa, even after it had been supposedly cleaned by the usual products from the local store. Then, I refilled the spa and used the hot tub start up kit. The water feels great without any harsh chemical smell or the grittiness that had been in the tub before. The tub also sounds like it is running more smoothly and the jets spray more effectively.

I purchased my spa a couple of months ago and decided to go with Clarity Water Products Natural Spa and Mineral Spa. Even though I followed directions perfectly my water always smells like a swamp. I have refilled the tub 3 TIMES in the 2 months I have had it because it smells like bacteria and mold. I shock it every day with their non chlorine shock. I finally have started to occasionally add a cup of bleach which causes a lot of foam because I think I am sitting in potentially dangerous water. I notice they have removed most places where online reviews can be left, like Google and their Facebook page. I suspect it's because many others are experiencing the same issue I have. I didn't want to have to use chemicals but unfortunately this natural product does not get rid of the bacteria and if you purchase it you will notice a funky smell within a week.

I've been using these products for over a year now..it was little confusing at first...but there is a phone # on the information...they answered both times I called. it is so much better than toxic chlorine...iive their black lava mineral...a natural hot spring at home!
