Useful assistant to clean and maintain floor from pet hair and loose dirt. Small but useful. Will perform better in floors with less furniture. Complimentary to regular cleaning schedules. Enough power. wish it was sleeker to go under the low sofas.

Got as a present for a close relative. I believe that it is being used daily for a couple of months without any complaints. I might get one for my home.

After 4 months irobot is not charging at the docking station anymore.Is there after sales support?

Not as excepted at all.Poor navigation system and does not clean everywhere as advertised, on the contrary, it leaves some areas dirty.I have contacted support team to guide me how to enable the map on the mobile app, they responded that this model does NOT support map and will not support map in future also. They respond quickly, but rude and does not offer any solution.

It is loud and noisy, and it doesnt go in a certain pattern, it goes randomly around the room
