The doll was defected from the outside with a plastic defect on it's belly

Dissapointing
Received the item in terrible condition, the packaging was opened and appeared to have been used and returned. Thus I returned the item and requested for a replacement as it was a gift, but again received the item in the same condition. It seems that I received the same item that I initially returned. Awful!

Item Arrived in Terrible Packaging
Got this doll as a gift for a very special babygirl and was so excited to order this for her . Doll is as expected but looked like a returned item . It arrived in a totally destroyed packaging( box was opened all the way) and doll appeared well handled. So disappointed!Didnt have time to return item as the person who will bring this doll left a few days after. Expensive toys should come well packed.
