Suhana Butter Chicken Spice Mix Pack of 6 : desertcart.co.uk: Grocery Review: hotel taste within 1 packet of sukhana Review: I have been using Suhana butter chicken mix for few years. I used to buy it from local department-store. But they not selling it anymore so buying it from desertcart first time. I cook it by using some DIY making it more spicy and tasty. It will be awesome to eat with parotta.. I'll share it, maybe u can try it. I use half kg chicken for one packet. Clean and wash the chicken drain the water, add 2 ts chilli powder, 2 ts chicken masala powder, 1 ts turmeric powder, 2ts curd, 1ts salt and marinate the chicken for minimum 20mins. Make the paste with the suhana mix with milk as mentioned in packet. Same instructions for tomato and ginger garlic paste. After marinating 20mins, heat the pan or cooker,Keep the flame in low. I use ghee instead of butter, you can use butter no problem. Put 2 ts ghee, 2 ts cooking oil, put some chopped coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, add ginger garlic paste, cook it for a minute and then add tomato juice. Stir it until u see bubbles, then add the suhana mix paste we made with milk. Cook it for 2-3mins. Finally add the marinated chicken, add 1ts salt (total amount of salt we have to use is only 2ts,one for marinating and now ) add water. Water amount is same the amount of milk you used. Because we already added tomato juice and chicken itself has water. If you add more water it will not be like a gravy. If u cook in pressure cooker, close the lid, keep it in very low flame, let it cook for 15 - 20 mins exactly. (whistles doesn't matter) Cooking in low flame, let's the chicken break slowly and you will get a very soft texture. If you cook in fast in high flame, it will make the chicken rubbery or hard. Don't open it immediately, leave it for 10mins. Open it sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve.. enjoy!!! Thanks Suhana company!!!
