Great for dry noses; whether from colds, allergies or weather.
**Update to my review (9/24/2025)** This is my second (now third) time purchasing this 'Ayr' saline nasal gel no-drip sinus spray (with aloe vera). The first time, I found this product in a local pharmacy. I really liked it a lot, so I decided to order it again through Amazon...**I have since ordered it another time too 😊** This product came in a box that was sealed (very much appreciate that); the nozzle comes with a cap, and there was a plastic piece that needed removed before use. I find this product to be easy-to-use; the push-pump style nozzle providing smooth (and effective) delivery of the gel. The gel feels very lightweight, and absorbs into my nostrils/nasal passages very well. I have found this particular product to be very helpful this summer (and now into early Autumn). The allergy season (where I live in the Midwest) has been horrible this year; I've endured a lot of allergy flare-ups, and also sinus issues. I obviously go to my primary care doctor for my personal medical needs; this is one product that my doctor recommended (for me personally). I'm on a prescribed nasal spray (currently); and while it does work well, I get very dry nasal passages. This 'Ayr' saline gel does a fantastic job at soothing the inside of my nose, and doesn't add any clogging. This product helps to sooth my dry nose, and add moisture; something I appreciate very much when my nose is dry and sensitive. I really like that this gel includes aloe vera, as it seems to help with adding a cooling sensation. In addition to smooth delivery, and cooling comforting gel; the bottle doesn't leak, even when using from different angles. I like that there's a place to rest my fingers while using the push-pump nozzle; makes it feel more sturdy and user-friendly. I'm very happy with this product, and it comes in very handy for my allergy and sinus issues. There's also times when the air gets dry (such as winter time), and this spray gel helps with that as well. I get several uses out of one bottle, so I think this is a good value. I definitely recommend this product, and would order again (and have). This is an excellent product, and I always keep a bottle (or 2) on hand. 😊

Good Ayr Nasal Spray
I’ve been using the Ayr Saline Nasal Gel No-Drip Sinus Spray with Soothing Aloe Vera for a while now, and it’s honestly become a staple in my daily routine. My nose tends to get really dry from indoor heating and allergies, and most regular saline sprays either drip down my throat or don’t last very long. This one actually stays put and gently coats my nasal passages, so they feel moisturized instead of raw or irritated. I love that it’s non-medicated, so I don’t worry about overusing it, and the aloe makes it feel extra soothing instead of harsh. The small 0.75 fl oz bottle is easy to toss in my bag, and one or two sprays per nostril are usually enough to give me long-lasting comfort. Overall, it’s a simple product that does exactly what I need it to do, and I’m really happy with it.

Helps dry nose but spray activator needs improvement
Pros - coats nostril well enough Smells better than their gel in a tube Cons - bottle shape is extremely awkward to use one handed with small hands I wouldn't call it a "spray" it's more like a stream as it exits nozzel Sometimes the smell makes me sneeze but I realize its impossible to make it "smell free"

Helps wintertime dry nose!
Works great! I usually get a really dry nose in the winter at night, this works great. I mist my nose before bed and nose is fine overnight and doesn't dry out!

Moistens up your so you can breath
The saline nasal gel is wonderful. My daughter uses it because her nose dries out really easy and she stated it feels good on her and keeps her nose from dying out

Lightweight relief at best
Not impressed. Relief from dry nose and irritation is decent but short-lived. For better and longer lasting relief, I recommend NeilMed Nasogel, which is near miraculous. Ayr is lightweight relief at best, and in my experience, it can't get the job done for a serious or persistent minor condition. Note: Contrary to other reviews that complained about the bottle's grip trigger, I thought it was well-designed and had no problems using it. It has a similar design to NeilMed Nasogel in that regard, though again, Nasogel does it better.
