Instant relief !
I was going back and forth reading reviews on different massagers and I’m glad I picked this one . Absolutely amazing , just what I was looking for . Really gets in there and gets those knots out in your shoulders and neck . Works great for your back also. Heats up , switches directions in rotations fr the massage , intensity level you can adjust also . All around I highly recommend this !

Surprisingly great!
I thought I'd end up sending this back, but ended up loving it! I'm an editor and so often end up spending hours at the computer, ending up with a pretty sore neck (my fault--my posture is not as good as it should be). Enter this massager. It's big and clunky and looks kinda ridiculous, but it makes my neck feel great! I have found that the best way to use it (for me) is to start it on low speed with the heat on (it doesn't get hot, but there is a soothing warmth) and use the straps to gently guide it up and down my neck (which is surprisingly easy to do). I continue, increasing the speed to full, for about 5 minutes at a time. These short treatments afford me the most relief. The massage really relaxes the muscles in my neck, and I find the effects cumulative (if I skip using it for a day or two, I really realize how good it is). It's still working perfectly, it's easy to use, and a great massager for the price. My only (very minor) complaint is that the controls are awkwardly placed, so I have to twist my neck to look at them and be sure I'm pressing the button I need. Aside from that, it's a great product. PS--great to use before bed.

Pain relief
I just received it today. I used massager right away and loved it. I don’t know that the heat option actually works or if it’s just really subtle. It would be very nice if it did or if the heat was more prominent. The massage itself is wonderful. I have such horrible build up of tension, tightness, and knots. Some reviews mentioned that it was too hard or painful but I wonder if it’s actually because of the amount of tightness, tension, and knots that are present in the body. I’ve come to learn that massages can feel painful if there is too much build up. It was painful but the pain went away after getting it all out. It worked so well on my neck, shoulders, and base of the head. I think the pressure and speed was good. I can feel the relief and I think over time I will be able to feel more relief. I think it’s most comfortable when you’re using it lying down on a hard flat surface eg: floor. I still need to find my finesse using it sitting upright to use it on my back. Lying down using it on my back isn’t it.

Amazing!!!
This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. It’s slightly bulky but it works like a dream. I’ve had the worst neck and shoulder pain and this seriously helped so much!!!

I highly recommend this to every person alive
I bought this neck and body massager expecting mild relief, some low powered joke that would sort of work but only if you hold it this certain way. What I got instead was a full-blown spiritual awakening. This thing doesn’t just massage, it negotiates peace treaties with sore muscles. The fact that it’s plug in is amazing because I don’t have to worry about a battery wearing out mid way though a tough knot. My neck, which had been holding grudges since 2017, finally let go. One minute I was a stiff, creaky human shaped like a question mark, and the next I was a reborn gazelle frolicking through the savanna of comfort. I used it on my neck, shoulders, back, legs, feet, and even thighs after leg day. Every single spot? Bliss. Absolute, dramatic, movie montage worthy bliss. It’s so versatile I’m convinced it could solve unrelated problems. Bad day? Massager. Existential dread? Massager. Sore muscles after doing absolutely nothing all day? Definitely massager. I made noises I didn’t know I could, stared at the ceiling like I was reconsidering all my life choices, and briefly forgot my own name.. in the best way. Life before this massager was grayscale. Life after is HD with surround sound. If this massager ever breaks, I will hold a small but emotional ceremony in its honor. Highly recommend to anyone with muscles, stress, or a pulse.

Massager good, no heat
Massager part works pretty good. But the "heat" function is nonexistent. Also, the cord that connects to it to plug into the wall is so short. Not sure if I'll keep this or not.

This thing is magical!!
So I've been working from home for the past 9 months, like so many, and my WFH set up is significantly less ergonomic and comfortable than my regular office set up. This has led to quite a bit of hunching and weird positions. I was mostly okay until about a month ago I had a three day headache which no amount of migraine or aspirin would touch. Finally my boyfriend gave me a neck massage and said that he could feel a massive knot at the back of my neck and into my shoulders and that my muscles were insanely tight. That massage relieved my headache, the background neckache that I hadn't even noticed and I was able to focus again. Now, as kind as he is, a daily massage is probably not going to happen, so I went looking for something that would allow him not to develop carpal tunnel from trying to relieve my pain. Enter this strange looking massage device. I decided to take a risk because it was on sale over Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it seemed like at the very least it could be a heating pad of sorts. It arrived today and I tried it out and the only reason I waited a few hours to write this review was because I had work to do in between. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!! My neck pain is gone, it works fantastic on the lower back, and it feels like a real human massaging you, but not in a creepy way. The balls moving inside feel quite sturdy so you can press it down on you and it doesn't feel like it will collapse or anything. It changes direction every minute or so, to make it feel less repetitive. The heat was nice, I didn't use it on the heat setting for long as I was already warm, but it seems relaxing. I will say you have to shift it around to access different areas, but that's no different than having a human massage, they can only reach one place at a time. There is a slight motor sound, obviously, which pulses as the balls move, but it's not super loud. I would say headphones on not very loud would drown it out completely, and it probably wouldn't wake someone sitting next to the user unless they were a very light sleeper. The quality of the fabric this is wrapped in is fine. It's not extraordinarily lush, but for the price I was impressed, it seems stitched together fine, and it's not something that will get intense wear, you use it while you're sitting, it's not going to haul firewood, and it probably won't last 30 years, but I wouldn't expect it to. It seems well built for what it is. It comes with a regular wall plug (you have to be plugged in to use it, it is NOT battery operated) and a car adapter dongle thing. The wall plug worked fine. In short, if you have some back/neck/lumbar pain or tightness, I 100% recommend this thing. Obviously if you have severe pain or persistent issues you should see a doctor before use, but if you, like me, have hacked together a work from home space that maybe doesn't encourage the best posture/ergonomic habits and are suffering the consequences, I ABSOLUTELY recommend this little thing. Sure, it's no substitute for a human massage, but until the pandemic is resolved, in person massages are probably not an option right now, so this little friend makes a good substitute!!

Happy Lady
Totally pleased and happy! I will be using this massager all the time. Sitting at a desk and working on the computer does havoc on my neck, shoulders & back. This feels really good on all those areas and releases the tightness and tension I tend to hold on to. Highly recommend.
