A Lifesaver for Digestion – Gentle, Effective, and All-Natural Relief!
I cannot say enough good things about these NOW Foods Peppermint Gels—they’ve become an absolute staple in my daily wellness routine. If you’re someone who struggles with bloating, indigestion, or that uncomfortable heavy feeling after meals, these little capsules are a total game-changer. I started taking them regularly after dealing with frequent digestive issues—mainly bloating and occasional stomach cramps after eating certain foods. I wanted a natural solution that wouldn’t upset my system or require prescription meds, and peppermint oil kept coming up in my research. Enter these softgels. The peppermint oil in these gels works wonders. Within 20-30 minutes after taking one, I feel my stomach settle and the bloating significantly decrease. They seem to help relax the digestive tract, which eases that tight, crampy feeling. What I love is that they include both peppermint and ginger oils, so you get that extra soothing benefit for your stomach (ginger is great for calming nausea too). It’s like a one-two punch for digestive comfort! One important note: these are enteric-coated, which means they don’t dissolve until they reach your intestines. That’s key, because it prevents any peppermint burps or that overpowering minty taste you sometimes get with other supplements. They’re gentle on the stomach and don’t cause any weird side effects for me. I usually take one right before a big meal or anytime I feel like my digestion needs a little help. Whether it’s after a heavy dinner, traveling, or just those days when your gut feels off, these always deliver. If you’re on the fence about trying them, I highly recommend giving them a shot. They’ve made such a difference in how I feel day-to-day. Honestly, between supplements like this and my regular Amazon purchases, I should be a Vine reviewer by now!

My new best friend
Dr. Recommended these for IBS. They are not a cure for me, but they do help quite a bit. At least 1/3 less trips to the bathroom, a lot less toilet paper and wet wipes used, a little more time to get to the bathroom, and stomach cramps are not as severe. I think I found a lifelong friend.

Tushy tingle
This does seem to be helping. I’ve been on it for 3 days and my digestive pain is subsiding. But…today I made a trip to the toilet and wondered why it smelled like toothpaste. I hadn’t brushed my teeth in that bathroom. Nor do we usually use that bathroom for tooth brushing. Well, it wasn’t toothpaste. It was my poop. So just be aware this may happen. It also made my tushy tingle. Very peculiar. But not altogether…unpleasant? Anyway, I’ll keep using to see if it continues to help and if that happens again.

So good I keep them in my nightstand
I’ve been using these peppermint gels for nausea, and they’ve been working really well. They have a slight minty scent but I find it pleasant. Something must be working with the peppermint and ginger combination, helps calm my stomach and I haven’t noticed any side effects. They’re also small little softgels so they are easy to swallow.
